Two-days XCP race Ol Istria MTB Tour and XC Marathon Parenzana Cannondale (UCI 1)

Elite, U-23, Women, Sport (1981-1993), Master 1 (1980-1971), Master 2 (1970-1961), Master 3 (<1960), Hobby-Tourist, Juniors (1992-1993), U17 (1994-1995)

ISTRA MTB TRUFFLE TOUR
September 24th: 1st stage: OL ISTRIA MTB TOUR, 32 km / 150 m, start in Funtana at 16:00
September 25th: 2nd stage: OL ISTRIA MTB TOUR, 47 km / 685 m, start in Tar at 11:00

Marathon PARENZANA Cannondale (UCI 1) - September 26th in Vižinada
10:30 - Classic 74 km / altitude 1,470 m
(Group start for the following categories: Elite, U23, Women, Master 1, Sport)
10:40 - Small 55 km / altitude 1,160 m
(Group start for the following categories Master 2 & 3, Juniors, U17, Hobby-Tourist)

Registration and start fee - FOR NON-LICENSED RIDERS:
Non-licensed riders will be permitted to participate only if registered until Tuesday, September 21st at 23:59pm!
For this type of registration please use our standard web-form but with additional data: unique personal ID number or/and number of the personal identification card or/and full address of residence (home).
At the moment of registration and assigning a race-number, besides the usual start fee, you'll have to add additional 50 kuna to cover the expenses of issuing a one-day license and insurance.
* Only categories Sport 1 & 2 and Hobby-tourist.

NEW: UDACE licenses will be accepted as valid - for categories Sport and Hobby-tourist.

Number assignment:
Friday, September 24th 2010 from 11:00 till 14:00 directly at the race office in Hotel Plavi (Poreč),
Saturday, September 25th 2010 from 18:00 till 19:00 directly at the race office in Hotel Plavi (Poreč),
Sunday, September 26th 2010 from 7:30 till 9:00 at the info point in Vižinada.

Entry fee includes:
The signposted course; race number holder; professional timing; mechanical help in the start area; medical assistance; free parking; food stops along the course; prize total of € 7.200; pasta party; online results; bike washing at the finish; showers; shuttle service for bikers (broom service)

Timing:
The race is timed by "Adriatic Timing" with a transponder chip. The participants will get one with their start number, including installation on their bikes. The chip will be returned immediatelly after the finish-line, by the official staff.

Prizes:
Overall prize purse: 7.200 Euros in cash, according to the UCI regulations.
Practical prizes in a value of around 5.000 Euros.

Prize giving ceremonies and info-meeting for the race:
Saturday, September 25th 2010, Tar, finish area, at 13:30
Sunday, September 26th 2010, Vižinada - finish area, at 14:00

General rules:
The event applies the mountain bike technical rules of the HBS - Croatian Cycling Union, the UCI International Mountain Bike Regulations and the general regulations of the UCI. The organizer will not be held accountable for civil and legal responsibilities of the competitors towards third parties. The event will take place regardless the weather conditions.

Complaints:
According to the book of regulations by placing the deposit of 200 kn
For a complaint for the in-race period deadline is 15 minutes after the finish.
For a complaint regarding the results deadline is 15 minutes after results have been posted (published by a President of the Commissaires panel).
